Review of the restaurant only: We went on a night when they were very busy. The servers were hustling, working hard. They were friendly and efficient. And contrary to other reviews, the service was fast. We had our drinks within 2 minutes and all our food, including a pizza, within 8 minutes. The food was excellent -- fresh, hot, and very tasty. Definitely recommend!
this is one of the best hotels I've ever been in my stay in oaxacan beaches. breakfast is simply delicious and the staff is great. Diego really made our first night so cosy and friendly! nice and confortable rooms, best mattresses and the best mezcalitas ever
I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it! I kept extending my stay so stayed in 4 different rooms, all great and very clean, wonderful friendly staff and the location ON THE BEACH is absolutely amazing. Thanks for a memorable vacation. Cant wait to come again soon!
I wish I could give the location more than 5 stars. This was the perfect location to stay in Zipolete. The Estrella suite was incredible!!! No AC but the fans and breeze coming off the ocean kept us cool and comfortable at night. The staff were friendly and the drinks were delicious. It was so nice to have a place where we could sit on beach chairs or in a hammock on our private balcony. The prices were so reasonable and we felt lucky to have found the perfect spot to stay. Hopefully we will be back soon.
We only had dinner and spent all our days on their lounge chairs! Excellent location, excellent service! 2 for one drinks all day, tasty breakfast and Snack service on the beach. They make a mean Mezcalita and pizza is very authentic. Checked out the rooms, super bohemian! $
I absolutely loved my stay here. When I saw my room (Maya) I thought I'd died and gone to heaven! My kind of place. Room right on the beach, comfy bed and spotlessly clean. The view through the window onto the beach was reminiscent of an Edward Hopper painting. Loved the on-site restaurant and the that the posada is bang smack in the middle of Zipolite. Fabulously friendly staff. Thank you!! I'm counting the days until I can come back.
We have experienced life in Mexico for over 5 years and this was the BEST pizza we have ever had. Maya,was a delight to meet and shared that her Dad is Italian and her mom is Mexican. We ordered pasta and pizza and it was like we were in Italy. So good! What a great surprise and we will continue to visit this amazing spot on the beach. Wow, just wow. Thank you Maya for the great service, incredible food and fabulous drinks. Bien Hecho!
